Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated and proactive HR Executive to join its growing team in Dubai.
The role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career in HR and take on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
- Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, insurance, and other employee-related processes.
- Support payroll and monthly HR administration.
- Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace environment.
- Assist with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with management on recruitment and staffing requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR experience is required.
- Dubai or UAE HR experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of UAE employment practices and HR processes is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
