Human Resources Officer position at a medical center in Sharjah, UAE.
The role manages daily HR operations and supports management and employees on HR matters.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Handle recruitment, vacancy postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare offers, contracts, warnings, and termination documents.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and working schedules.
- Assist with visa, labor, and employee-related administrative procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and support a professional work environment.
- Coordinate with management on HR and staffing requirements.
Requirements
- Previous human resources experience is required.
- Medical center or healthcare facility experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Current availability in the UAE is preferred.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
