The role is within the food and beverage industry and requires 2–4 years of HR experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.
- Experience handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
- Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems.
- Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR responsibilities.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational, independent working, and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners only.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and related HR administration.
- Coordinate with management and employees and follow up on HR responsibilities.
