Lead a growing specialty coffee, food and beverage, customer service, and hospitality business.
The role is based in a multi-branch operating environment and requires an experienced, energetic, and results-driven leader.
Candidate Requirements
- More than 15 years of relevant experience in specialty coffee, food and beverage, customer service, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and food and beverage industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
- Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

- Lead overall company and branch operations while maintaining customer service and hospitality standards.
- Drive sales, profitability, business development, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.
- Provide hands-on leadership and manage teams across the organization.
