The position requires 2–4 years of HR experience and immediate availability to join.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.
- Experience handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems.
- Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR responsibilities.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and employees.
- Only candidates immediately available to join will be considered.
