Candidate Requirements
- More than 15 years of relevant experience in specialty coffee, F&B, customer service, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
- Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong customer service and hospitality standards.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and business development skills.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
Operational Scope
- Lead specialty coffee, F&B, customer service, and hospitality operations.
- Manage daily operations and ensure all branches run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead teams, achieve business targets, improve profitability, and identify new opportunities.
