- Lead and mentor the People Operations & Talent Acquisition teams
- Build scalable HR processes for a globally distributed workforce
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding
- Own end to end hiring strategy across departments
- Improve hiring speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Partner with business leaders to build high performing teams
- Drive the complete performance review cycle
- Build a culture of continuous feedback and accountability
- Design initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational culture
- Drive engagement surveys, action plans, recognition programs, and manager effectiveness
- Partner with leadership on organizational planning
- Influence workforce decisions using people analytics
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Leadership experience
- Experience in IT, SaaS, Product, Startup, or Web3 environments
- Led both Recruitment and People Operations teams
- Highly data driven and comfortable making decisions using business metrics
- Can influence stakeholders and leaders with confidence
- Believe in high standards, ownership, and execution
- Thrive in fast moving environments with minimal bureaucracy

What You'll Own
- Lead and mentor the People Operations & Talent Acquisition teams.

Who You Are
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Leadership experience.
- Worked in IT, SaaS, Product, Startup, or Web3 environments.
- Led both Recruitment and People Operations teams.
- Highly data driven and comfortable making decisions using business metrics.
- Can influence stakeholders and leaders with confidence.
- Believe in high standards, ownership, and execution.
- Thrive in fast moving environments with minimal bureaucracy.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience managing global or remote teams.
- Built performance management frameworks from scratch.
- Worked with HRMS, ATS, engagement platforms, and people analytics tools.
- Experience supporting rapidly scaling organizations.
