Role overview

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to shape and deliver people strategies.
• Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Use people data, insight, and commercial understanding to influence decisions.
• Drive employee engagement and help leaders turn feedback into meaningful action.
• Support business transformation and change initiatives, including effective management of people impacts.
• Coach, challenge, and develop leaders to improve capability and performance.
• Work with HR specialists and Shared Services teams to deliver joined-up people solutions.
• Support complex people matters and organisational challenges.

• Proven success partnering with senior leaders in a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance business needs with people priorities.
• Experience working in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Credibility, adaptability, and confidence to challenge constructively.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience leading organisational change and transformation activity.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and willingness to work hands-on.
