JCB is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for its Corporate HR team.
The role partners with corporate functions to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams on people strategies.
- Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Use people data and commercial insight to influence decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement and help leaders act on feedback.
- Support business transformation and manage its people impacts.
- Coach and develop leaders to improve capability and performance.
- Coordinate with HR specialists and Shared Services teams on people solutions.
- Support complex people matters and organisational challenges.
Candidate requirements
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders in a complex organisation.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance business and people priorities.
- Experience in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Credibility, adaptability, and confidence to challenge constructively.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge.
- Experience leading organisational change and transformation.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery standards.
- Pragmatic, solutions-focused, hands-on approach.
