Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support aligned with business objectives
- Conduct HR audits to assess compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable labor laws
- Review HR processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Analyze HR metrics and business data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support informed decision making
- Monitor compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while promoting best practices
- Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and executive presentations with clear findings and practical recommendations
- Support organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management activities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to HR Business Partnering, HR Governance, HR Audit, or Internal Audit
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM CP/SHRM SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex HR and business data
- Experience in developing audit reports, risk assessments, and executive level presentations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage

Role Overview
