Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter, Operations & People Manager to support our growing team. This role combines recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and people management , making it ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure across the HR lifecycle in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for internship and full-time roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
- Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and internal channels
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee and intern records (HRMS, Excel, documentation)
- Support preparation of offer letters, internship letters, and certificates
- Track attendance, leaves, and work engagement
- People Management & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for interns and junior employees
- Support performance tracking, feedback collection, and reviews
- Help maintain a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture
