Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation: Act as a servant leader and coach for the development team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies. Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Team Empowerment: Foster a collaborative and self-organizing environment where team members are empowered to make decisions, take ownership, and deliver high-quality work. Provide guidance and support to the team, removing any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder their progress.
• Agile Process Management: Ensure that the Scrum framework is followed consistently and that the team is using agile best practices. Help the team to define and track sprint goals, monitor progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders. Help the team to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and address any conflicts or challenges that may arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Identify opportunities for enhancing the development process, optimizing team performance, and increasing overall productivity. Actively seek feedback and implement strategies to drive continuous growth and learning.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze project metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time. Provide regular reports to the team and management, highlighting progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
