- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist with HR compliance audits and document reviews
- Ensure employee records are maintained in line with company policies and labor law requirements
- Track visa, labor card, and employee document expiries where applicable
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and compliance related records
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
