Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law
- Familiarity with MOPH healthcare regulations
- Good knowledge of MOI procedures and government transactions
- Experience with the Wage Protection System (WPS)
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organisational, administrative, and problem solving abilities
- Previous HR experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals and clinical staff
- Familiarity with multicultural work environments

Job Overview
