- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Prepare employment documents, letters, and HR related correspondence
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Coordinate with government entities and external agencies when required
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day to day operations of the Human Resources department.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
