• Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Assist senior HR in recruitment activities, onboarding, interview recordings, and coordination with IT for system/email setup.
• Documentation & Data Management
Maintain employee records, update HR-CRM software, manage company licenses, and keep reminders for compliance.
• Payroll & Benefits Support
Assist with payroll finalization, medical insurance record maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Performance & Attendance Management Support
Track attendance, leave, and performance evaluations, and prepare summary reports for management.
• Compliance & Administration Support
Help manage visa applications, labor cards, DHA/OHC records, company ID cards, and coordinate with PRO for external approvals.
• Employee Exit & Vendor Coordination Support
Assist in exit formalities, full & final settlements, and vendor coordination for company cards, licenses, and documents.
• General HR Support
Support HR planning, office administration, and other tasks as assigned by management.
