Role Overview
Manage and develop HR functions, ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, support workforce planning, and maintain a professional work environment.
Contribute to people strategy while managing day-to-day HR operations and sensitive employee matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, transfers, promotions, and separation.
- Lead recruitment activities, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, contracts, benefits, and personnel matters.
- Coordinate payroll processes and ensure timely submission of accurate payroll information.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally and fairly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and management reports.
- Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems and support employee evaluations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Advise management on HR matters, staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.
