YASREF is an integrated refining and petrochemical company based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, established through a partnership between Saudi Aramco and Sinopec.

About the Role
The role oversees daily refinery operations, safety and compliance, process optimization, and operational productivity.
The position involves cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, stakeholder relationships, and operation within regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of refinery operations or comparable industrial experience.
- Expertise in process optimization, safety management, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to safety and environmental compliance.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
- API, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
