HR Advisor

Provide leadership for HR coordinators with day to day HR activities

Building strong working relationships across the factory providing HR advice

Dealing with HR queries relating to all aspects of HR

Run various reports using the Time & Attendance System to produce information for the team and management

Produce KPI reports on a weekly basis

Assist the HR Manager with projects

To maintain excellent communication within the team

Refer colleagues to Occupational Health and deal with follow up meetings

Coach HR Coordinators in HR best practice and line management of day hygiene team

Act as a champion to promote a culture that inspires colleagues to perform their highest potential, whilst ensuring the people plans are in place for future business opportunities enhancing career development and colleague engagement

Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience.

Ability to remain calm and professional whilst under pressure
