Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people? Join our team as an HR Administrator and play a key role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
In this position, you'll work closely with our HR team to help create a positive employee experience while ensuring accurate records, smooth processes, and exceptional administrative support.
What You'll Do
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation
Enter and update employee information within the HRIS
Assist with employment verifications and HR reporting
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
Support pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug screenings
Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and orientation materials
Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and employee engagement activities
Coordinate training schedules, records, and attendance tracking
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Assist with various HR projects and initiatives
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience
Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Willingness to learn and grow within Human Resources

Additional Information
Travel up to 15%
Safety glasses and steel-toe boots required while in production areas
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Standing and walking for extended periods may be required
