About the Role

- Manage daily HR and administrative operations efficiently
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and confidential HR documentation
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR coordination processes
- Support recruitment activities including candidate screening and interview scheduling
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Coordinate employee relations and provide administrative support when required
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR Administration and PRO
- Arabic speaking is mandatory (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, employee documentation, and HR procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
