About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as reliever for other Admins during absences
- Attend the reception area/landline during lunchbreak and leave/absence of the Main Reception Admin
- Manage and update employee database and records
- Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Prepare offer letters and HR onboarding documents
- Prepare employee's offboarding documents
- Process all visa related applications (Entry Permit, Change status, Medical, Emirates ID, Contract attestation, cancellation, exit papers etc.)
- Process medical & workmen’s compensation insurance
- Assist employees with HR policy related questions
- General administrative support for daily HR/Admin Operations
- Manage and file employee annual leaves
- Process RTA renewals (Vehicle/Advertisement)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM Software, and government portals (Dubai Trade, Jafza, NIP, etc)
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Dubai Employment Visa Processing: 2 years (Required)
