About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Build organizational structures, job descriptions, and reporting lines
- Establish and manage employee performance appraisal and KPI systems
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Manage employee files, contracts, leave, attendance, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and government regulations
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
- Work closely with department managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Improve HR processes through HRMS/ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
- Support senior management in building a high performance organizational culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and build HR systems from the ground up
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Fluent in English
- Arabic is an advantage
