Company Overview

  • We are a fast growing business group based in Dubai, operating across Real Estate, Interior Design & Fit Out, Contracting, and related businesses.
  • We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to build and lead our HR function, develop internal systems, and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Build organizational structures, job descriptions, and reporting lines.
  • Establish and manage employee performance appraisal and KPI systems.
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage employee files, contracts, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and government regulations.
  • Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
  • Work closely with department managers on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
  • Improve HR processes through HRMS/ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
  • Support senior management in building a high performance organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build HR systems from the ground up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
