- We are seeking a talented and execution-focused AI Automation Engineer / Full Stack AI Engineer to help build and manage:
- CRM systems
• Property Management Systems
- AI-powered dashboards
- Operational platforms
- Financial monitoring tools
- Automation workflows
- Internal business systems
- The ideal candidate is someone who can move fast, solve problems, build MVPs quickly, and turn ideas into working products.
Key Responsibilities
- **Build and maintain internal CRM systems**
- **Develop Property Management platforms**
- **Create operational and financial dashboards**
- **Integrate AI tools and APIs into business workflows**
- **Automate processes using AI and automation tools**
- Develop systems for:
- **Contracts**
- **Occupancy**
- **Tenant management**
- **Maintenance**
- **Financial tracking**
- **Reporting**
- **Integrate WhatsApp, email, and third-party APIs**
- **Collaborate directly with company leadership on product strategy and execution**
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python
- Full Stack Development experience
- Experience with AI APIs and tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with React / Next.js
- Database management experience
- API integrations
- Cloud deployment experience
- Automation tools experience (n8n, LangChain, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-moving startup environments
