- Oversee overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance
- Lead senior management and review project pipelines
- Monitor key performance indicators and make decisions on investments, partnerships, and resource allocation
- Nurture client relationships and guide sales and service teams
- Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and service quality across nationwide operations
- Drive innovation and evaluate new technologies and market opportunities
- Represent the organization in strategic discussions with stakeholders, vendors, and group leadership
Requirements
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and executive decision making skills
- Extensive experience in mining, construction equipment, heavy engineering, or related industrial sectors
- Solid financial acumen including budgeting, P&L management, investment evaluation
- Proven capability in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation
- In depth understanding of safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Engineering or technical degree in Mechanical, Mining, Electrical or similar preferred
- Experience leading multi location teams and service networks

Role Description

Qualifications

- In depth understanding of safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

- Engineering or technical degree preferred; MBA beneficial.
