- Manage day to day personnel operations, including employee relations, attendance, leave management, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Oversee government relations and compliance using statutory platforms such as Nitaqat, Mudad, Qiwa, and Muqeem
- Coordinate logistics compliance and facility related clearances, specifically utilizing the Fasah platform for import/export documentation alignment
- Secure, update, and maintain required municipality permits and commercial licenses for the location
- Supervise administrative support services, office procurement, and facility maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR/Admin Supervisor or Senior Officer within the logistics, automotive, heavy equipment, or spare parts industries
- Strong technical command of Saudi regulatory portals (Nitaqat, Mudad, Fasah)

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to oversee personnel operations and administrative compliance at our Southeast Riyadh facility.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Saudi labor laws, commercial regulations, and hands on management of local government portals to ensure seamless day to day operations.
