- Act as the primary representative for Mannai Trading with various Saudi ministries and government entities
- Actively manage and monitor the company’s Nitaqat status, ensuring full compliance with Saudi nationalization laws and Muqeem/Qiwa portals
- Oversee and expedite customs clearance procedures for imported goods, managing documentation and resolving supply chain bottlenecks
- Coordinate with SASO to ensure products meet required specifications and obtain necessary clearance certificates
- Handle all company vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, and corporate traffic violations or clearance with Muroor
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Government Relations Manager or similar role in Saudi Arabia
- Deep operational knowledge of Nitaqat, SASO, Customs Clearance, and Muroor regulations and portals
- Good English Communication skills

- Standards & Certifications: Coordinate with SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) to ensure all products meet required specifications and obtain necessary clearance certificates.
- Traffic Department (Muroor): Handle all company vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, and corporate traffic violations or clearance with Muroor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Government Relations Manager similar role in Saudi Arabia.
- Deep operational knowledge of Nitaqat, SASO, Customs Clearance, and Muroor regulations and portals.
- Good English Communication skills
