Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, contract management, and exit processes
- Manage GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and MHRSD platforms and ensure Saudization compliance
- Support recruitment, internal communications, and employee relations
- Handle work visa processes, residency permits, and government documentation
- Oversee day to day office management, procurement, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Ensure timely renewals of company licenses and official documentation
- Liaise with legal advisors and PROs to manage government interactions
- Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy in line with local regulations
Requirements
- Saudi national preferred or must be legally eligible to work in KSA
- 3+ years of HR/Admin experience in Saudi Arabia
- Thorough understanding of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Bilingual – Fluent in Arabic and English

About the Role
