We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- ***Recruitment & Onboarding:***
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding process and employee Induction
*Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling*
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Address employe queries and grievances
- Ensure a positive and professional work environment
- ***Training & Development***
- Coordinate training programs and track participation
- Maintain training records and support skill development initiatives
- ***Performance Management***
- Assist in Performance Appraisal Processess
- Track employee performance and maintain appraisal records
- Support improvement plans for low perfomers
*HR Operations & Administration*
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle HR Letters, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities
- ***Visa & Compliance***
- Coordinate visa, labour card, and PRO related activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
*Office & Facility Administration*
- Oversee office cleanliness, utilities, and supplies
- Manage maintenance of office equipment and premises
- Track renewals of licenses, insurance, and tenancy contracts
- Maintain admin expense records and vendor coordination
- Collect quotations and process purchase requests
- Maintain vendor and service provider records
Key Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE**
- **Sound Knowledge of UAE Labour Law**
- **Familiarity with PRO Processes, including Visa, labour card, and government -related procedures**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
