We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • ***Recruitment & Onboarding:***
  • Support recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage onboarding process and employee Induction

*Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling*

  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Address employe queries and grievances
  • Ensure a positive and professional work environment
  • ***Training & Development***
  • Coordinate training programs and track participation
  • Maintain training records and support skill development initiatives
  • ***Performance Management***
  • Assist in Performance Appraisal Processess
  • Track employee performance and maintain appraisal records
  • Support improvement plans for low perfomers

*HR Operations & Administration*

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle HR Letters, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities
  • ***Visa & Compliance***
  • Coordinate visa, labour card, and PRO related activities
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

*Office & Facility Administration*

  • Oversee office cleanliness, utilities, and supplies
  • Manage maintenance of office equipment and premises
  • Track renewals of licenses, insurance, and tenancy contracts
  • Maintain admin expense records and vendor coordination
  • Collect quotations and process purchase requests
  • Maintain vendor and service provider records

Key Requirements

  • **Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE**
  • **Sound Knowledge of UAE Labour Law**
  • **Familiarity with PRO Processes, including Visa, labour card, and government -related procedures**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
