Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in the Fit Out and Joinery industry.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience, an established network within the UAE market, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and secure projects quickly.
  • This role is best suited for a confident sales professional who can independently identify prospects, build relationships with clients, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in the fit out, interior, and joinery sector.
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into long term business partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand project requirements and present company capabilities.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and business opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the estimation, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the UAE Fit Out and Joinery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit out, joinery works, and project sales.
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business and securing projects.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong network of contacts with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and corporate clients in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self driven, target oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
