- Generate new business opportunities in the fit out, interior, and joinery sector
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into long term business partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and corporate clients
- Meet with prospective clients to understand project requirements and present company capabilities
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and business opportunities
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the UAE Fit Out and Joinery industry
- Strong knowledge of interior fit out, joinery works, and project sales
- Proven track record of bringing in new business and securing projects
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong network of contacts with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and corporate clients in the UAE
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in the Fit Out and Joinery industry.
- The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience, an established network within the UAE market, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and secure projects quickly.
- This role is best suited for a confident sales professional who can independently identify prospects, build relationships with clients, and consistently achieve sales targets.
