Job Purpose
Ensure the effective operation, cleanliness, and maintenance of housing facilities.
Manage soft services, monitor utilities, coordinate maintenance, and supervise service providers.
Maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained living environments.
Housing Operations and Soft Services
- Manage building attendants and cleaning teams and control their distribution, utilization, and performance.
- Distribute cleaning materials, tools, and supplies to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Evaluate and report facility cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Oversee water supply, sewage extraction, pest control, fire extinguishers, kitchen amenities, pools, landscaping, and elevators.
Utilities and Coordination
- Monitor utility consumption, sufficiency, requirements, financial costs, invoices, payments, and analysis.
- Ensure timely delivery of utilities and soft services to buildings and offices.
- Coordinate with property owners and building management to maintain facility functioning.
- Evaluate facilities management tickets, communicate with tenants, and approve maintenance work and costs when required.
