Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations for holiday homes and serviced apartments.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, and ensuring all units are guest-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, linen changes, and deep cleaning activities.
- Ensure all apartments are prepared before guest check-in.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams regarding repairs and unit readiness.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on company standards and procedures.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain proper records of cleaning schedules and staff attendance.
- Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Experience in holiday homes, hotels, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and cleaning standards.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage

- House keeping supervisor : 1 year (Required)
