We are seeking a House Supervisor (Villa) to oversee daily operations of a private villa, ensuring property maintenance and staff performance. The role includes supervising household staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping, drivers, gardeners, security personnel, and domestic staff
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance
- Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance with contractors and service providers
- Manage household inventories, including cleaning supplies, groceries, linens, and household equipment
- Assist with purchasing and procurement while maintaining cost control
- Welcome guests and ensure exceptional hospitality and service standards
- Coordinate special events, family gatherings, and VIP visits when required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of the residents at all times
- Keep accurate records of expenses, maintenance activities, and staff performance

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
