- Follow up with customers on outstanding rental payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Recover overdue rental invoices, security deposit deductions, traffic fines, Salik charges, and damage claims
- Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and collection activities
- Resolve billing disputes by coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams
- Prepare customer account statements and payment reminders
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
- Escalate long overdue accounts when necessary
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
- Achieve monthly collection targets and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Experience in collections and recovery
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM software
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Collections Specialist to join our Rent a Car team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments, following up on overdue rental invoices, traffic fines, Salik charges, damage claims, and other receivables
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on outstanding rental payments via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Recover overdue rental invoices, security deposit deductions, traffic fines, Salik charges, and damage claims.
- Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and collection activities.
