Position Summary

Schedule and Position Type

Workplace

• The role is based at a hotel property in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and is not remote.

Housekeeping Operations

• Run sold-room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update departing-room status.
• Document and resolve room-status issues with the front desk.
• Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments, notify the next shift of issues, and complete required paperwork.

People and Guest Service

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees.
• Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide professional communication.
• Maintain positive working relationships and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• No license or certification is specified.

Physical and Technical Requirements

• Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.
• Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts over sloping and uneven surfaces and perform extended standing, walking, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Use computers or point-of-sale systems and read and verify information in multiple formats.
