Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and replenish supplies.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report maintenance issues.
• Report lost-and-found items to the housekeeping supervisor or front desk.
• Collect, sort, distribute, launder, and fold linens and towels when required.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment correctly.
• Maintain cleaning-supply inventory and report replenishment needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Good physical fitness and stamina for physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and order.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• One year of housekeeping experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,100–AED 1,200 per month.

Workplace

• Work is performed in person in a hospitality establishment.
