- Lead all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, residences, public areas, and back of house spaces
- Ensure all areas consistently meet InterContinental brand standards and luxury expectations
- Conduct regular inspections and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and presentation standards throughout the property
- Coordinate deep cleaning and preventive housekeeping programs
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop housekeeping colleagues and supervisors
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high performing team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development planning
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and service focused team culture
- Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards prior to arrival
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and housekeeping requests
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive Housekeeping leadership experience
- Previous experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeper within luxury hotels or branded residences
- Experience managing large housekeeping teams and departmental budgets
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and housekeeping management systems
- GCC/UAE hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills
- Strong organisational and operational management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment

Role Overview
- At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay, we are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping Department in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and luxury residential experiences while driving operational excellence and developing a high performing team.
- This role is designed for an experienced hospitality leader who combines operational expertise, strong people leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- As Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and service while contributing to the overall success of the property.
Your Day to Day

What We Need From You
