Provide housekeeping and guest assistance services in a hotel environment.
Maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards while delivering personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests during their stay and coordinate timely responses to guest requests.
- Maintain guest privacy and protect belongings while providing exceptional service.
- Supervise end-of-day service-area closing and ensure equipment is placed safely.
- Prepare the trolley with amenities, cleaning supplies, minibar items, and clean linen.
- Record rooms with Make Up and Do Not Disturb signs and respect Do Not Disturb instructions.
Experience and Skills
- A service-focused personality is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for service are expected.
- Good communication skills and fluent English are required.
- The role requires physical activity and efficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar five-star hotel role is an asset.
