Housekeeper

We are presently accepting applications for a Full Time Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to join our team.

You should have excellent customer service skills, good communication skills and be able to work well with others while helping to create a caring and high quality environment for residents.

We are a 160 bed long-term and rehab skilled nursing facility.

· Responsible for cleaning, dust mop and wet mop, vacuuming, picking up trash and bringing to compactor, dusting.

· Should be familiar with the equipment in the dry room.

· Responsible for loading and unloading dryers.

· Folds linen by hand.

· Responsible for processing resident’s personal clothes.

· Keeps accurate records of how much linen he/she has processed.

· May perform other related tasks as required.

Required education : High School/equivalent diploma.

Required experience : Prior housekeeping/laundry experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
