Experienced House Supervisor role managing daily household operations for a private residence in Dubai.
The role coordinates household staff and maintains a professional, discreet, and well-managed home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate household staff and daily activities.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, service, and presentation.
- Plan and monitor daily household tasks and schedules.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure duties are completed efficiently.
- Handle household requirements with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor supplies and coordinate with external service providers when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-managed household environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a House Supervisor in a private household is required.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end private residence is preferred.
- Butler or serving experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills are required.
- Candidates should be well-presented, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are required.
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism are expected.
