Job Overview

  • We are looking for highly professional, trustworthy, and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our villas.
  • The House Manager will serve as the central authority for household staff and property management.
  • This role requires loyalty, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide discreet, personalized service to the family and guests.
  • Supervise meal service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, ensuring presentation and timing are flawless.
  • Ensure the kitchen staff report to her, and that menus are planned according to the family’s likes, dislikes, and dietary preferences.
  • Ensure hospitality traditions (such as welcoming guests, serving refreshments, and respecting cultural norms) are maintained.
  • Coordinate with chefs/cooks for special dietary needs.
  • Curate ambiance through flowers, candles, evening lighting, and household presentation.
  • Oversee and host family events, dinners, and celebrations within the villas.
  • Lead and supervise household staff including maids, gardeners, pool attendants, kitchen staff, and drivers.
  • Manage scheduling, time off, and performance reviews, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Train and enforce cleaning, service, and hospitality standards to maintain consistency.
  • Oversee the condition and upkeep of the gardens, pool, and indoor/outdoor areas.
  • Maintain flowers, candles, lighting, and decorative standards to enhance villa atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Butler, Estate Manager, or similar role in a luxury household or hotel.
  • Absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and integrity in handling family and household matters.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse staff teams.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality, and service etiquette.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, festivals, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with festival preparations and managing related décor, food, and hospitality.
  • Managing staff for drivers, security, and delivery coordination.
  • Experience: private villas, estates, or luxury residence: 6 years (Required)
  • Guest Services & Hospitality: 5 years (Required)
  • Household & Staff Management: 6 years (Required)
  • Administrative Duties: 5 years (Required)

Pay

  • AED 12,000.00 AED 14,000.00 per month
