Role Overview
Prepare high-quality Indian meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards.
Follow instructions for timely food-order preparation, organize workstations, assist other cooks, and keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and tidy.
Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
- Prepare meals according to company recipes.
- Store excess food at the correct temperature to avoid spoilage.
- Ensure food portions and presentation meet company standards.
- Monitor supplies and reorder stock as needed.
- Clean utensils and sterilize food preparation areas.
- Assist other cooks with timely order completion and resolve customer-order problems.
- Follow food health and safety regulations.
