Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Camp Boss to manage labor accommodation facilities and workforce welfare in the UAE.
The accommodation location is Jebel Ali, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day labor camp operations and accommodation facilities.
- Supervise worker welfare, room allocations, and camp discipline.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with HSE standards.
- Maintain camp occupancy records and administrative reports.
- Coordinate camp inspections and maintenance activities.
- Handle employee grievances and accommodation-related concerns.
- Transport employees to medical fitness tests, Emirates ID biometrics, visa processing, and other government appointments as required.
- Liaise with HR, Operations, Transport, and government departments for workforce management.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss is required.
- The candidate must have handled and managed more than 1,000 laborers in the UAE.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation regulations is required.
- Excellent leadership and workforce management skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge in Excel, email, and reporting is required.
