The employer is seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven individual for its Customer Sales & Service team in Qatar.
The role supports customer experience, learner consultations, registrations, and commercial targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct Teaching Centre consultations.
- Support customer registrations.
- Contribute to sales, conversion, retention, and revenue targets.
- Engage with customers across multiple channels.
- Recommend suitable learning pathways.
- Promote British Council products and services.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles.
- English and Arabic speaking skills are preferable.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
