About the Role
UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance of hotel premises, including painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
- Conduct inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, furniture, and fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance storage areas, equipment rooms, and workspaces
- Follow safety procedures and regulations when working with tools, equipment, and chemicals
- Document maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections
- Coordinate with other hotel departments and contractors to schedule maintenance work
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Certificate in Electrical Certificates or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience, 2 years relevant experience
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Job Summary
- The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible to keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance of the premises.
- The role ensures that all maintenance work orders from all departments are completed on a timely basis.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
- Conduct inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.

- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience & Education
- Minimum 3 year(s) working experience, 2 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
- Certificate in Electrical Certificates or equivalent.
