Role Description

Responsibilities

• Manage staff performance and coordinate front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage activities.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, and implement policies aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Develop guest satisfaction initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
• Support marketing and promotional activities and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bring strong hotel operations and leadership skills, including team management, staff development, and cross-department coordination.
• Bring budgeting, financial oversight, revenue management, guest service, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrate organizational, time management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Relevant hospitality or business management qualifications and prior hotel general management or senior operations experience are beneficial.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, UAE hospitality regulations, and flexible part-time work is preferred.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi and uses a hybrid arrangement with on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
• The role is part-time with flexible hours preferred.
