You will have excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. All members of our team should develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members. Since you are the expert in your area you will need to demonstrate g ood judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
