Maintain daily logs for luggage handling, guest deliveries, room changes, transportation requests, and special services.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, transportation coordination, front office operations, or a related field.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resort operations, guest services, transportation coordination, or front office operations.
Experience with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
Experience coordinating schedules, manifests, or transportation logistics.
Bilingual language skills.
Experience working with third-party transportation providers or shuttle operations.

The pay rate for this position starts at $23.56/hour.
