Position Summary
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel while helping create a memorable and unique guest experience.
The role covers a wide range of housekeeping functions and requires a hands-on approach to hotel cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts.
- Move throughout the assigned work area to complete housekeeping duties and support the guest environment.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Success Requirements
- Follow workplace safety requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Keep uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands-on work.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
