Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain an accurate overview of table availability and dining room occupancy
- Coordinate with restaurant colleagues to optimize guest flow and seating arrangements
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about restaurant offerings and services
- Handle guest requests and special seating requirements whenever possible
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
- Assist in monitoring guest satisfaction and communicate feedback to the restaurant team
- Ensure compliance with service standards, grooming requirements, and operational procedures
- Support pre opening restaurant preparations and operational readiness
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hostess, guest service, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for hospitality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities
